These sites and the Vortex validator are operated by Starry Studio LLC.

Everything on these sites, including validator rankings, income figures and descriptions of staking, is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to stake with Vortex or any other validator. Do your own research, and consider getting independent advice before you stake.

• Rewards are not guaranteed. They depend on network inflation, the validator's voting performance and uptime, its commission and block income, all of which change over time.
• Any validator, including Vortex, can go offline, fall behind or be misconfigured, which reduces or stops rewards on delegated stake.
• Stake activates and deactivates at epoch boundaries, roughly every two days on mainnet, so it can't be withdrawn instantly.
• The Solana protocol and its staking rules can change, including upgrades that introduce new penalties.
• The market price of SOL can fall.
• Delegating keeps your SOL in a stake account you control; Vortex never takes custody of it. You are responsible for your keys, your wallet and the transactions you sign. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed.

The dashboard and API are built from public Solana RPC data and third-party sources such as validators.app. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and figures for past epochs can change when data is backfilled. Don't rely on it as the only basis for a decision.

To the extent the law allows, these sites and the API are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for losses arising from their use, including lost rewards or funds. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to wallets, explorers, validators.app and other external sites are provided for convenience. The operator does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

vx.tools does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. It remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device.

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Like any web host, those services receive your IP address and browser details when you visit, and handle them under Google's own privacy terms.
